Dreamers will enjoy unique sceneries at the entrance of the high mountains world, thanks to the impressive “aiguille du Midi” Gondola lift or the famous Montenvers Train up to the Mer de Glace.

Servoz Authentic Experience

Sunshine and Tradition
At the entrance of Chamonix valley, bathed in sunlight, the village of Servoz embodies the everlasting authenticity and friendliness of alpine villages. Take a walk through its hamlets, discovering their preserved traditional architecture, with the mont blanc overlooking, like a mighty protector.

La maison du lieutenant
In servoz, the pastures move into a new place, in an exceptionally preserved 15th Century building : The “Maison du lieutenant” (lieutenant house). Take a trip through a completely new way of looking at historic mountain culture, the agriculture trade today and challenges that mountain agriculture will face in the future. Friendly and welcoming place, the “Maison du lieutenant” is also a tasting venue, with an open invitation to discover the Mont-Blanc related flavors. 

Aiguille du Midi

The gondola lift will offer you easy access to universe of high mountain, at 3842 m high. Enjoy a stunning view on the mont blanc and the French, swiss and Italian alps. Try the breathtaking “Pas dans le vide”, a full window booth hanging above a clear drop of 1000m!

Montenvers

Get on board the famous rack rail train of the Montenvers and head to one of the most known Glaciers in Europe: the Mer de Glace.

On the spot, take a tour in the ice Cave and the Glaciorium. Discover the crystals of the Mont-blanc, the igloo village of the ice People and themed snow shoes itineraries.

Don’t forget to taste the traditional gastronomy in an authentic decor at the Grand Hôtel du Montenvers.

Argentière

Downhill lies the village of Argentière, home to mountain guides and glass workers, that will welcome you in a preserved traditional environment yet offering all the services you would expect for a comfortable and relaxed stay.

Vallorcine

Vallorcine, The Bear Valley
Most preserved village of the valley, Vallorcine is located next to the swiss border and inside two nature reserves. The fauna and flora there are preserved jewels. Gloryfied by the winter, the resort is the place to be when it comes to sporty yet dreamy holidays. Come to the bear valley for a gourmet and crafty break!
To end your day beautifully, relax at the “5 mondes spa” at the Vallorcine Mont-blanc residence, also offering a skating-rink. Up high, farniente and tasting at 2000m at the Loriaz refuge, open in winter.
