The hotel restaurant, Le Bistrot, headed by chef Daniele Raimondi, is open for lunch and dinner. You will discover a simple and inventive cuisine, local products, from Valais and Val d'Aoste. We advise you to reserve your table in advance.

Opening times:
Breakfast: 6.30am to 10am
Lunch: noon to 2pm 
Dinner: 7pm to 9.30pm

Buffet breakfast is served from 6.30am till 10am in the restaurant or in your room until 11am.

To reduce your waiting time, we recommend that you to fill in your order form the evening before and leave it on your door knob before 4am. You can also call room service (n°308) or place your order through the app.
