The Spa
The spa is located on level -1 and is open 7 days from 10.00am till 8.00pm. The spa includes 3 treatment cubicles and 2 changing rooms. We advise you to arrive around 10 minutes beforehand to take time to change and relax. If you are late, the time devoted to your treatment cannot be guaranteed.
Bathrobe, slippers, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided by the spa.
Access to the Spa, swimming-pool, hammam, fitness area and relaxation area is included for clients who have booked a treatment duration for 50 minutes or above.
Cancellation policy
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the Spa reception at least 24 hours in
advance to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the total price).
Expectant mothers
We have created special treatments for expectant mothers, feel free to seek advice from the staff at the Spa reception who can help you choose appropriate spa treatments.
Health matters
The Spa treatments are intended exclusively for people in good health.
Please inform us of any health issues, allergies or injuries that might interfere with your treatment or use of the Spa. Please, before making any appointment in the Spa, contact your doctor in case of doubt. The Spa is a non medicalized environment and all the programs administrated have your well-being as their sole aim.
Respect for others
The Spa is a world of tranquility, harmony and well-being. We thank you in advance for not using your mobile phone, non smoking within the Spa. The Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, forgetfulness or damage to objects within the Spa. No valuable items should be left in the changing rooms and lockers.
